HAVE A DRINK!


PINA COLADA

1 jig dark rum
¾ jig cocunt milk
4 slice fresh pineapple syrup & ice cube
- Combine all ing. in a blender
- Blend it in 10 sec ti 15 sec.
- Pour poco grande glass
- Garnish w/ slice of pineapple & cherry

TEQUILA SUNRISE

1jig tequila
6oz. orange juice
1 tsp. grenadine
Ice cube
- Pour tequila in a high ball glass w/ full of ice followed by grenadine
- Pour orange juice
- Put cocktail stirrer
- Don’t mixed
- Garnish with orane slice & cherry

BLOODY MARY

1jig vodka
6oz tomato sauce
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- Ice cube
- Pow grande glass
- Garnish w/ celery stick

KAMIKAZE

1 jig vodka
½ jig triple sec
2 jig lime/ lemona juice
Ice cube
- Combine all ing. Into the cocktail shaker
- Pour into the cocktail shaker glass
- Garnish w/ lemon slice

WHITE SPRITZER

4oz white wine
4oz soda h20
Ice cube
- Combine the white wine & soda h20 into the highball glass
- Garnish w/ lemon or dayap

Black Russian

1 jig vodka
¾ jig khalua
Pour vodka & khalua into the old fashion glass w/ full ice

SCREW DRIVER

1 jig vodka
6oz orange juice
Ice cube
- Combine all ing. In the highball glass
- Put the cocktail & stirrer & garnish w/ slice of orange and cherry

1 tsp. triple sec.
4 jig lemonade
- Combine all ingredients in a high ball glass
- Garnish w/ lemon slice

MAI THAI

1 jig white rum
1 jig anejo rum
1 jig triple sec

2 tsp. grenadine
Ice cube

- Combine all into old fashion glass



MIMOSA

5 jigs sparkling wine
½ jig triple sec
1 jig grange juice
Ice cube
- Combine all ingredients
- Pour into champagne flute glass
- Garnish w/ orange slice

BLUE LAGOON

1 jig vodka
¾ jig blue curacao
1 can 202 pineapple juice
Ice cube
- Combine all ing./ highball glass
- Garnish w/ pineapple slice & cherry

2 jigs gin
½ lemon juice
1 tsp maraschino liquere
2 vash orange bitters
Ice cube
- Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker
- Poor into cocktail glass

SEX ON THE BEACH
1 jig vodka
1 jig peach snapps
2 jig orange
2 jig cranberry juice
- Combine all ingredients in the high ball glass
- Garnish w/ orange slice w/ cherry

       Barbeque Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large glass bowl mix lemon juice, vegetable oil, vinegar, oregano, and garlic powder. Place chicken pieces in the bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
  3. On the prepared grill, cook chicken until no longer pink and juices run clear. Periodically brush chicken with the remaining marinade mixture while cooking. Discard any leftover marinade.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken
















Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon steak sauce
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill for medium heat.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and steak sauce. Set aside a small amount of the honey mustard sauce for basting, and dip the chicken into the remaining sauce to coat.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill chicken over indirect heat for 18 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until juices run clear. Baste occasionally with the reserved sauce during the last 10 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning!
